    Homeowners/Home Contents Insurance

    • Certified copy of ID or passport
    • Police report (for theft, burglary, or malicious damage)
    • Two repair/replacement quotes
    • Photos of the damage (if available)

    Motor Insurance

    • Certified copy of ID or passport
    • Driver’s license
    • Police report or accident reference number
    • Two repair quotes
    • Vehicle registration documents
    • Photos of the vehicle damage
    • Submit the claim with available documents.
    • You may send the remaining documents later — your claim will be assessed once all items are received.

    Claims are typically processed within 7 to 14 working days once all documentation is received.
