How to claim?Fast track your claimFast Track Claim by contacting Old Mutual immediately either by telephone, fax or online. Often the immediate authorisation of repairs or replacements can be done using one of Old Mutual's approved suppliers whose work carries an Old Mutual guarantee. A fast track claim can be lodged:
  • If the total value of the claim is less than BWP 10 000.
  • If there are no third parties involved.
  • If no police investigation is required.
